There was no doubt this lobster meat was never frozen. It's new packaging is a vast improvement over the tub. Shipping overnight fresh lobster meat is the best idea ever. We've ordered many times and never disappointed.

I have order from your company a minimum of 10 times. We love your lobster. However I will share that this last time, the quality was not as good as it has been in the past. The meat was more shredded and had less large chunks then normal. I also notice more of the bones (not sure what they are called in lobster). However, your service and delivery are great! Hopefully this last shipment was just a fluke.
