A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING DELAYS:

Our products are shipped cold overnight using UPS Next Day Air and will remain safe for up to 3 days. Occasionally severe weather can impact UPS overnight air shipping. If the product is delayed one to three days after the expected delivery date due to weather, airport closures and other extenuating circumstances, the packaging will ensure that the product is safe. If the product arrives 4 days late or beyond, please contact our team for a refund or replacement

What days do you ship?

We ship via UPS Next Day Air Monday through Friday to 48 contiguous United States and deliver Tuesday through Saturday from Kennebunkport, Maine. 

How much will shipping cost?We're offering free overnight shipping on all orders over $150 and $10 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders $99 - $149. Otherwise, shipping will be calculated once you’ve entered your address information and will depend on your location. 

Is there an order cut-off time?
You must place your order by 1 p.m. EST to ensure next day delivery. If placed after 1 p.m. EST, your order will ship the following day.

What shipping carrier do you use?
UPS Next Day Air.

What time will my package arrive?
UPS guarantees residential delivery by 8 p.m. Most packages arrive between 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. NOTE: Holidays may impact shipping schedules.

Can my package deliver on a Saturday?
Saturday delivery is available, however, there will be an additional charge. Please note, UPS does not offer Saturday delivery to certain areas of the country and you will be notified if that is the case.

How can I track my order?
Once you’ve successfully checked out, you will receive an email notification confirming your order. The email will also include tracking information, and you will continue to receive tracking notifications via email until your package arrives.

What happens if my package delivers late or arrives damaged?
If a package arrives after 8 p.m. the next day or if your package arrives damaged, please email orders@masonslobster.com immediately. Provide an explanation of the situation and include photos of any damages so that we can handle accordingly. 

Can I pre-order for a scheduled delivery date?
Yes! Select your preferred delivery date according to our shipping schedule at checkout. Please note that we don’t deliver on Sunday, Monday or holidays.

Do I have to be at home to receive my delivery?
You do not need to be home to receive your order, however, we recommend that you are to ensure ultimate freshness. Seafood products should be removed from the outer shipping box and refrigerated immediately upon receipt to be safe for consumption. Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls is not responsible for packages sent to recipients who are not available to accept their package on the delivery date.

What happens if I need to change my order or submitted wrong information?
If you need to make any changes to your order or if you accidentally submitted wrong information, please email orders@masonslobster.com immediately. Your shipment will be delayed until the following day, with the option to pick up at UPS to receive your shipment on its originally intended date.
