What happens if I need to change my order or submitted wrong information?

If you need to make any changes to your order or if you accidentally submitted wrong information, please email orders@masonslobster.com immediately. Your shipment will be delayed until the following day, with the option to pick up at UPS to receive your shipment on its originally intended date.

What happens if my product is damaged?

if your package arrives damaged, please email orders@masonslobster.com immediately. Provide an explanation of the situation and include photos of any damages so that we can handle accordingly.

Do you accept returns?

Because all of our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns we but can ship replacement product(s) or issue a refund if there are any issues with your product(s). Please email us at orders@masonslobster.com with any questions or concerns.
